Iyengar Yoga Studio in Bude

Deborah's Appledown Iyengar Yoga Studio is a bright and welcoming home studio set amongst peaceful gardens located in the coastal town of Bude, North Cornwall. This studio is dedicated to Iyengar Yoga with underfloor heating and is fully equipped with blankets, bolsters, bricks, blocks, belts and chairs. Deborah is a qualified Junior Intermediate Iyengar Yoga Teacher and has been teaching since 2001.
